Can you provide a brief description of your company?
We are a software house that focuses on building iOS and Android apps. We are based in Poland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom, and we are in the market for five years now. We work with clients in the whole world. We have now clients from about 25 countries.

I am the marketing manager.
What was the business challenge your clients were facing that initiated the need for this platform?
My main goal in any work is to generate leads and find prospects who are willing to build a mobile app. I use Freshmail, and it helps me in the lead generation process by helping me in building mailing lists and creating email marketing campaigns.
How does your company implement this platform or software?
Freshmail actually is quite simple. I use just key features. I use the email marketing campaign creator, which allows me to make email marketing campaigns by my own to select target group and to create templates, put some graphic and some copy, and send it to the people I want to. While sending this campaign, I use also targeting and segmentation tools, which are in Freshmail, and they allow me to target my campaign directly to the prospects I want to.
I look at the analysis. I can read the main efficiency scores like open rate or CTR [click-through rate], and I can check for example, which day of the week is the more efficient for more marketing campaigns. I can do A/B tests, and Freshmail provides personalization tools. I can see if it's working or not.
On an annual or monthly basis, how much does your company spend to utilize the platform?
We started with the free demo, and then we switched to the package that includes about 1,000 people in your email base, and it costs about $50 per month.
Were there any software features or tools that really impressed you?
What I like is that FreshMail has very flexible pricing plans, and if you need to move to the higher or lower, that's no problem. You can do it in a minute. I like their advanced mailing list segmentation options.
I can't show you results because we use the tool for about a month, but I was using Freshmail at my previous job for about two years, and it was one of the best sources of leads. It created about 30 percent of our lead generation.
I think that somebody that is just starting out should get some knowledge about email marketing, and what is good with FreshMail is that they have many guides and a very good blog that provides essential information about email marketing. They also have webinars where you can learn about how to build an efficient email marketing campaign.
Looking back, are there any areas of the software upon which you feel could be added or improved?
To be honest, I don't think so. Everything works fine for me, and I'm satisfied with the product.
Have you had to interact with the platform's support team or reference their support resources?
I like that they have a very fast and helpful customer service office, which I guess it works 24/7 because every time I write to them, they answer immediately.
