Gets the Job Done

"It makes it a great tool because it is easy to use and so many people can relate and benefit from it, not just your business."

Recommendations:

I would tell them to continue with what they provide but always strive to come up with better and high-quality features and services. Never be comfortable in one spot always strive for better when having services pertaining to marketing and advertising.

Experience:

Aweber gives people an easy way to use email marketing and autoresponder software to small businesses. The problems that needed to be resolved is finding new ways to adapt to consumers and businesses. What ways can we reach out to them to help our business grow within the email marketing? We use the autoresponder follow up, email delivery rate, email marketing tracker, manage subscribers, and the stats app.

It performed well as being the third party in reaching out to our customers and potential customers. It benefits us because we use the program to stay in contact with everyone as far as emails, getting the latest news and keeping track on everyone we are in businesses with as well as our end goals through the month and annually.

Pros:

I like the fact that they provide features that are beneficial to companies, and they can get the most out of using each one. It'’ affordable and it gets the job done with what we need. It makes it a great tool because it is easy to use and so many people can relate and benefit from it not just your business.

Cons:

I cannot say there is anything that I do not like about Aweber. I just would like to see more features become available and grow so people can be able to use them. Getting better programs and features will help everyone's business improve as well as consumers.

    Performed Better Than Expected

    Recommendations:

    Just take a chance on this product, especially if you are looking to increase your customer base, and the main way you do this is through e-mail.

    Experience:

    We needed to complete a blast e-mail to our current e-mail list, communication with our customers was becoming less than stellar, and by using AWeber, we found that it not only became easier to communicate, but it also increased the amount of e-mail customers to our business. We use it for e-mail campaigns mostly, advanced pricing plans, and their e-mail marketing tracker etc...

    It has performed beyond our expectations, it has brought us more customers through our E-mail system, heightened our knowledge base, allowed us to bring in Live customer service etc...

    Pros:

    I love the dedicated support, fast and easy set-up, no start up fees etc.... It’s a great tool because it offers the best deliverability ratings on the market as far as our business is concerned.

    Cons:

    There is nothing that our business dislikes about AWeber at this time, and we are happy with the optimization, as well as how well it produces an increase in our e-mail customer base.

      Experience:

      I found it difficult to integrate preexisting clientele and contacts to AWeber. After manually transitioning information, the service exceeded expectations. It's easy for management to train and easy for associates to learn. It's a great solution for multi channel email marketing, and we also use the service for in house information. The auto-response, campaigns, sign up forms, and newsletters, subscription management features have exceeded my expectations. Its main benefit has been organization. It has helped improve our customer outreach and customer service experience. It allows our company to access a greater audience.

      Cons:

      The contact import feature could be improved.

        Great Functionality, But Needs To Be Updated

        Keep the functions up to date.

        Experience:

        Some of the web graphic settings on the program were not compatible and needed to be upgraded. The customer help software, the upgrade function, and the others so far it's performed well enough for us to continue to use it, however, we will not rule out an alternative program if we find one that’s more affordable and/or better.

        Pros:

        It’s a great functional tool to help us serve our customer base more effectively.

        Cons:

        At first, there were some out of date programs that needed to be upgraded which took some time.

          Incredible Customer Support

          Recommendations:

          I suggest talking to them directly, ie, email, phone, and try to negotiate a deal. They'll probably try their best to assist you. Also, consider a custom UI if you also find it bad.

          Experience:

          AWeber was one the few software we contacted personally. They were insightful and seemed like an industry leader based on how professional they were to us. They offered us a discount and personal solutions to some problems that we had. They have very nice customer service.

          Some problems came up. For example, the UI wasn't great for us. That's something still in the works for a new custom made UI, but really not that big of a deal just a little bothersome. We use the automated emails, user interaction features, etc, basically the usual. Customer service is also something we will use if any issues happen. AWeber performed slightly better than we expected, bringing in plenty of new customers daily.

          Pros:

          The incredible customer support they have. Also, the user engagement report was very good.

          Cons:

          The basic UI needs work. It's somewhat hard to navigate, somewhat cluttered, and not as classy as I'd like.

            Finding a company able to help us to communicate effectively and with the best security fashion possible once most of our clients are very skeptical in opening emails today. We use the emails newsletter tools in general, such as subscriber segmenting and tracking. It has done a great job! Nice customer service too. Our level of communication within the company has increased tremendously.

            Pros:

            Subscriber-segmenting. We are able to segment our customer based on their actions.

              It reached out to us several years ago and provide personalized training by a staff that is waiting to help 24/7. We utilize every feature available, since we are such a large business. They have helped us grow exponentially. It has exceeded expectations and cannot see us ever going without it again- the leads it generates are outstanding and customer service is second to none.

              Pros:

              I like the customer service- since we have so many features we use, we like that we can contact them at any point with questions that we have.

              Cons:

              There isn't anything that I dislike - seriously- I guess it is fairly expensive but when you are the best in the game that is the nature of the beast.
