Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Act-On because it intentionally influences consumer decisions. It enhances our understanding of relationships between consumer and our organization and the results provide insights into how our company might leverage CRM in our efforts.
We wanted a tool that would help us with web traffic tracking, standing out from the competition to drive and deliver better results We use it for scoring and prioritizing prospects, status performance, track each each prospect's activity from initial engagement and conversion to close sales, and more.
We also use the CRM integration, real-time campaign, performance insight , email and design creation, A/B testing, webinar and online event management, SEO audit tool, and multiple accounts and users. The main results are meeting our sales goals, and getting better understanding relations between customers and our organization.
I like most that it enhances marketing visibility, I like that it runs in one day not weeks or months, and I like that it has social media sharing buttons.
There is nothing at all that I dislike about Act-On. I think it is a smart idea to use Act-On to increase marketing in a business.
