The plank is set high, and they keep pushing to their limits, while also being completely transparent if something is going not to the plan. Additionally, communication is fast, my teammates and I can reach Oleksii easily to quickly find solution to the problem, because they know the price of everybody's time. And according to my experience, CGS don't waste any. In rather rare cases, I faced communication timing issues. Yet, Oleksii brought that under the light, and solved the problem by adding an additional person into our process to communicate with.
