We outsource our entire IT function to Hi-Tek. Hi-Tek moved our IT infrastructure to the cloud and is a trusted partner for all of our IT needs (LLM, help desk, cyber security, etc.).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hi-Tek met all project timelines on schedule. It was a smooth transition from our prior IT services provider to Hi-Tek. We were looking for a new provider because our prior provider offered poor service. Hi-Tek's service has been excellent, and we were also able to save money by switching to Hi-Tek. Our account manager at Hi-Tek, Chris, is very responsive and holds check-in meetings with us proactively (bi-weekly).

Hi-Tek transitioned us to the cloud. The process was smooth, and Hi-Tek did a great job of communicating throughout the process.

Hi-Tek Data communicates well and is very responsive to our needs. We don't have many help desk tickets, but when we do, the tickets are resolved quickly. We can always get our Account Manager on the phone quickly if we have a question. We also saved money by switching to Hi-Tek.

No areas for improvement. We have enjoyed working with Hi-Tek and would highly recommend them to others.
