Braulio and Sebastian originally came to us to start the project, and both have been excellent. I've worked with many different engineers on different teams, and especially for a team that is not full-time employees or integrated within our company, I've never felt left out because of the passion, interest, and commitment they have to their work, which is unlike anything I've ever seen. Braulio and Sebastian ask the hard questions and are engaged as thoughtful business partners. They like to understand the strategy behind our product and have influenced material decisions where we thought we were doing something beneficial, and they ask if we've thought about the impact. This isn't necessarily the case when working in a contract relationship, which can become very transactional.

We communicate via Slack, email, and in-person meetings. We have a Monday meeting with the entire team and separate meetings where we review specific tasks. Cedarcode is in daily product stand-ups with our product team and is a core part of our company, so we have many touchpoints throughout the week.
