CaaB is a 10-year partner in providing server support as well as consultation for management services. Their solution is suitable for a wide array of companies no matter their size. Furthermore, their set-up process is impressively fast and their support is solid.


Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a large company that provides solutions for employee benefits and currently work with 21 countries around the world. I’m the IT manager of the site in Israel. We have three employees.

What was the business challenge your company was facing that initiated the need for this hosting platform?

We needed basic support for two or three servers. CaaB provides system services for our environment in the cloud 24/7.


Was your company considering other platforms? Why this platform?

We tried two different providers, but their pricing was very high. CaaB already knew our company.

On an annual or monthly basis, how much does your company spend to utilize the platform?

We spend $10,000 annually.

What type of client is an ideal candidate? Who should possibly avoid these platforms?

All company sizes are an ideal candidate. Right now, I have about 50 servers in the production area. We have a special tool for management that can create the servers in two clicks.

What cost factors should clients keep in mind when considering this tool?

There are no hidden costs. I know the exact price the moment they power up their machine. We use monthly billing instead of an hourly plan.


Can you share any success, metrics, or overall results of your implementation of this platform?

I appreciate the consultation they provide for management services. Their solution is very simple and easy, and it works really fast. With any other management site, it takes two hours to just set up the network, but with CaaB it’s two minutes, and the firewall takes five minutes.

Were there any software features/tools that you were really impressed by?

A few years ago, we needed to size up the environment, for which they built a cloud system. We were the first users in this specific environment.

Looking back, are there any areas of the software that you feel could be added or improved upon?

We’ve been with them for about 10 years. We’re almost like friends.

Have you had to interact with the platform’s support team or reference their support resources? How were they?

I interact with their support team and services all the time. We have an open line for any problems that come up, and it's very easy to get an answer from them. We talk with their CEO in case of emergencies.
