On an annual or monthly basis, how much does your company spend to utilize the platform?
We’re on a fixed monthly plan which includes both the cloud usage plus the service on it. We spend €500 ($618) per month.
Was your company considering other platforms? Why this platform?
We were considering going Google Cloud, but for the volume we generate, it was very expensive and there were too many hidden costs. We couldn’t forecast the volume we needed.
What type of client is an ideal candidate? Who should possibly avoid these platforms?
My only point of view is that of a comparatively small company. I don’t know the needs of a large company with 2000–5000 employees, but for us, it works perfectly.
What cost factors should clients keep in mind when considering this tool?
There are no hidden costs.
What are the features or tools of the service that have most impressed you?
We haven’t had an outage and I’m impressed with their service. We had a little bit of downtime on the mail server, but it was fixed very quickly and didn’t cause any disruption. We work 24 hours so it’s very important to us that any type of restoration work gets done when we’re less busy.
Are there any areas of the software that could be added or improved upon?
Any documentation related to General Data Protection Regulation compliance would be very helpful.
Have you had to interact with the platform’s support team or reference their support resources?
Yes. We called by phone and had a solution within 20 minutes. We’re happy with their level of customer support.
