Designli was always on time and responded to any of my questions within 24 hours. Moreover, they were consistent with the deliverables, and they completed each one before the next meeting. We had weekly phone calls and, at times, even almost daily phone calls to talk about the process. I even had phone and text conversations with the owner, and we had Zoom calls as well. I've only worked with another potential provider who didn't exactly do what Designli did. Still, the main difference between Designli and that person was the one-on-one collaboration with Designli's owner.

Their team performs quite well. There's a lot of transparency and they offer great feedback. I receive weekly updates with specific hour breakdowns on what's happened and what's to come. We communicate on a variety of apps. I’m in contact with Designli every day or every other day. We talk through any updates I've requested or their recommended changes. I can always go back to them if I want to do something different. It's been very much a collaborative process. They're able to make suggestions for items that I wasn't initially considering.

The deadline are kind of in flux sometimes because there are so many things happening at once, but I will say that they're great at communicating the changes in the deadlines, if there are any. Since the launch of our new site, the average visit time is up from one minute to about three minutes, and our bounce rate has decreased. Our sales have increased by roughly 25% in the last month. Not all of that can be attributed to the website, but it has undoubtedly played a part in that success. Our customers and employees have also reported that the website is working well for them. Right now, we are happy with the end result.

They were very organized and used different apps or programs to keep things on track. We tracked everything in a shared Google Drive document so that, instead of having a million emails going back and forth, everyone could see when issues arose. We started with weekly meetings every Thursday. Over time, the meetings became shorter, sometimes down to 10 minutes. The schedule was well-defined and they stuck to it. Paper Leaf was specific in terms of the deliverables and timelines, and they succeeded in meeting our expectations. The first thing that stands out is their professionalism. They’re very organized. They clearly define goals and deliverables that are concise and detailed. They provided good updates.

They went above and beyond the normal standard model. They allowed us to have a team take the initiative and develop it. We set out from the start to make it feel as though we were on the same team working together with open communication. Jason was great at being the quarterback for the flow of conversation. They didn’t treat us like the traditional client. The treated us as team members, which was critically important in our situation. We were all in it together figuring out the most efficient way to do it. They were open and receptive to collaboration.
