One of the biggest things Utility improved, especially going from their first year to their second year, was having a dedicated account manager to track changes, dates and deadlines, file transfers, etc. I think that has continued to improve our experience working with Utility. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was clear that what we thought the project was and what the project needed were two different things.

Launchpad has been an absolutely fantastic partner throughout this project. For example, I had a very tight budget because we were just a startup, so they used more affordable technology that they wouldn’t normally use. They’ve really worked with me to make my project fit within my budget. Launchpad has also done a lot of extra work for me that wasn’t part of the initial scope, which I’m hugely thankful for. Our whole engagement, from start to finish, has felt very organized. The initial workshop and the things we did during the first couple of months helped us have everything ready before the development phase, ensuring that we were right and on track for this process.
