They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what we had and purchased. After we completed the VR project, we needed 1–2 spiels that weren't in their scope of work, but they went ahead and did it anyway. We were also working on doing live TV spots, and Sector 5 came up with a great strategy behind those. It didn’t happen, but we were on the verge of pushing the button on a live TV campaign with them because their strategy was spot on. A lot of agencies would say that adding more work wouldn't be a problem, but they’d charge $3,000 for a couple of images. Sector 5 didn't nickel and dime us like that.
