The project is somewhat templatized, as she has milestones that she has to reach for us, but we never feel like her recommendations aren’t customized to our needs. Right now, their value is clear in our weekly check-ins. Julia delivers a 45–60-minute long presentation deck about the milestone we’ve just completed and what’s coming next. She’s very thorough.
