I’m the founder and CEO of Science Explorers. We provide inquiry-based science programming to elementary children ages 4–11.
What challenge were you trying to address with WebFX?
Because most of us are either educators or marketers, we didn’t have the right experience in SEO to promote our site. WebFX has filled a critical place by heading our digital marketing efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WebFX oversees our digital marketing, from Google Ads, paid campaigns, and analytics to SEO and content creation. They even write blog posts for us.
Each month, they send a report with all of our results, and we have an in-person meeting every quarter to go over the data. They take the time to make sure that we understand what we’re paying for and the impact that it has on our company.

Comparing our recent June 2018–2019 period to the same time in 2014, we’ve seen a 148.49% increase in organic visits, an almost 203% increase in organic users, and a 54.5% increase in overall online revenue.
How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?
I appreciate that they send us highlights along with our monthly report because they understand that we’re busy. They let us know which key points to look at and note any areas that we might consider changing. Whether it’s increasing our ad spend for camps or clubs, they know where our money should go to best help our cause.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Working with WebFX is like paying a part-time employee to do a critical role really well. We count on them for everything. If we’re looking at a social media campaign, we know that we can send it to Jason to review, and he’ll be completely honest with us. Even though we’re probably his smallest account, I think he keeps us because he likes us.
On top of that, Jason is great at understanding what we do and suggests new ways to be helpful. For example, he knew that we didn’t have time to do blogs, so he had his team take over the process. They now write amazing content. It’s their ability to identify places where we need support that stands out. Every little bit helps.

Rather than trying to tell them what to do, show them what you need and listen to their advice. They’re experts in their field and deliver consistent results.
