You can hire them to do concepting, but they’re always going to come back with some unique digital experience that you haven’t actually asked for but is sort of above and beyond what you were expecting. So, that’s a really nice thing they do also, they don’t just run down the very specific list of deliverables and only give you that.

I don't know that I can say enough about them. Many firms profess to be able to get the results, and I'm sure that some of them do, but Breynan really does get the results. They know what they're doing — they're masters of their craft. I know Breynan personally invests many tens of thousands of dollars in himself, going to different seminars/classes/workshops so that he can stay ahead of the curve.
